When an online transaction is completed and a receipt is obtained as proof of payment, you must reach out to BillingDocs by submitting a new Zendesk ticket directly through Zendesk, not via Outlook.
Requests submitted through Outlook will be suspended in Zendesk and are not recoverable or actionable.
Ticket Requirements:
- Subject line: Include the invoice number and the type of document attached
- Example: Invoice 1234567 – Receipt Attached
- Requester: Processor's ACERTUS email address
- Assignee: BillingDocs group
- Attachments: Drag and drop needed attachments to the ticket
